Why do you charge shipping cost?
The reason we charge shipping costs is because we don't want to include the delivery fees in the prices of the items, as is often the case with many shops that offer free delivery. This would mean that the items would be more expensive and we want to offer the best price possible for each item.
Do you ship internationally?
As of right now, we only ship to EU! In the near future we are planning to expand shipping world wide.
What is your return policy?
Please contact us prior to sending the shipment back, we can be reached through our email jp.future.jp@gmail.com or the contact section Send us an e-mail. Our customer service team will provide you with information to help ensure your return is processed quickly.
- We accept returns up to 15 days after you receive your item.
- Only items unopened in their original packaging can be returned.
- Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
- The receipt or proof of purchase.
